HI, I’M STEFANIE!

I’ve been working in the Business Intelligence and Analytics department since 2017. I am responsible for compiling reports for various departments and providing figures. Strictly speaking, I work on concepts for evaluation possibilities. This can consist of an Excel dashboard, for example, a change of database or cloud development. The most interesting part of this job is the questions: “How do you organise your infrastructure?” and “How do I define a metric that everyone is able to understand?”

We spend a lot of time working with SAP. It’s important to be up to date at all times, which is why we have regular discussions with the people at SAP and regular training sessions take place.

INTERDEPARTMENTAL PROJECTS

Whenever we work on projects, there are several internal interfaces. So far, I have worked with Planning and Allocation, Controlling, Financial Accounting, Procurement, Digital Business and many other departments. I like it when everyone works together on projects and decisions and we all work collaboratively to develop solutions.

You notice how much the colleagues identify with the company in the way they work together.

MY TIP FOR YOU

Our diversity is what makes our team so great, we are very different and therefore complement each other perfectly. You should therefore be open and able to work with both different approaches and different people. Here, we work together to find solutions, so a stubborn person who isn’t open to new things wouldn’t fit in with us so well.
