Our trainee programme is designed as the optimum career start for university graduates. You can join one of our trainee programmes after completing either a bachelor’s or a master’s degree. We are looking for talented people with a strong hands-on mentality who want to help advance Ernsting’s family in a multifaceted retail environment and who enjoy working both on their own and as part of a team.
Our trainee programmes generally last 15 months, during which you will have the opportunity to get to know various areas of the company. We will prepare an individual assignment plan for you, taking your field of study and your strengths and wishes into account. Our trainee programme is complemented by feedback sessions as well as a variety of seminars, workshops and events.
As a trainee with us, you can be certain that we want to follow a long-term path together with you after the trainee programme has come to an end.
